On June 16, Zhongde Huayu (Hubei) Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Xiangyang Touring Vehicle Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will rely on their respective industrial advantages to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of automobiles going to the countryside, model promotion, trade-in, second-hand car replacement, scrap recycling and other fields in Hubei Province's counties, and jointly smooth the "last mile" service system for automobile consumption in counties across the province.
This cooperation marks an important milestone for Sino-German Holdings’ strategic layout in the automobile circulation industry. It is also an important measure for the group to deeply explore the Hubei market and serve the county’s economic development.
Dongfeng Xiangyang Touring Vehicle Co., Ltd.: In May 2024, it will build an industry-leading comprehensive intelligent manufacturing factory with a standard production capacity of 224,500 complete vehicles and a manufacturing capacity of 300,000 units. The factory covers an area of 650 acres, with a construction area of 110,000 square meters and an investment of 8.65 billion yuan. It aims at "green environmental protection, digital logistics, flexible manufacturing, and platform-based manufacturing" and has core technical advantages such as the first automatic AGV production line in the domestic commercial vehicle industry and the first domestic commercial vehicle VAN production chain integration.
Zhongde Holdings: Founded in 1996, it has been deeply involved in the automobile industry for nearly 30 years. It has formed three major industrial sectors: intelligent manufacturing, automobile circulation, and recycling. It has rich experience in automobile full life cycle services.
Scope of cooperation: covering all counties and township markets in Hubei Province, including full-chain services such as new car sales, second-hand car replacement, vehicle renewal, and implementation of subsidies to benefit people.
